Background

Merchant App, the other product of Titipku, was developing a feature where customers can review the merchant to improve its performance. As the buyer-facing app, Nitiper App is expected to be a medium for customers to convey their complaints directly to merchants.

Aligning Intentions

Discussion insights and flowcharts for the Rating and Review feature.

During the project, we have discussed several times across teams to gather the requirements, setting timeline, and the feasibility of resources.

1. What needs to have
   • Merchant’s name
   • Product list per merchant
   • Rating category
   • Customer’s comment
2. States
   • Default UI
   • Success and failed review submission
   • UI after successful review
   • UI if the product is out of stock or the merchant is closed
